You can become an active dealer by completing Nationwide's Dealer Approval Package. First, you need to contact us toll free at 877-906-6415 Ext. 4011 to get your password. When you have your password, you can print the required new dealer information and send it to us when completed. When received, we will establish you as an active dealer.
